Rising Stars School of Music is a privately owned business established in 2011. Neal, the owner and sole musician/teacher has a passion for music that will only help students of all ages learn and love music in a unique and powerful way! Neal has a Bachelors degree in Music Theory and has been teaching piano, guitar, and music theory, history, and note reading for over 30 years in various location

s. A well known musician himself, Neal has played keyboards and guitar in a variety of bands, including the Eddie Testa Band and Sundog. Neal teaches students of all ages, including children and adults with developmental disabilities. He is qualified to teach through the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities, and conducts lessons in his studio and in the home of his students.
