A: I’ve been committed to loving my work for the last 20 years. I once grew an IT business to 30 people and realized I wasn’t enjoying the work—the impact just wasn’t satisfying. In my first business, success was measured by the usual metrics, especially money. Today, I’m much more motivated by impact. That’s one of the things I love about working with the Livingston Business Hub and the Howell Chamber team, it has significantly expanded my ability to make a meaningful impact.
