Experienced cleaners needed for part-time custodial work cleaning a car dealership in Chelsea. Cleaning needs to be done 5 times/week: Mondays - Fridays (we can talk about Saturday/ Sunday possibilities if desired).
Looking for dependable, trustworthy, energetic Cleaner/Janitor who possesses a strong eye for attention to detail. Commercial cleaning experience preferred. Potential cleaner must be at least 18 years of age, pass a background check. and be available to work evenings during the week, after 6:00 p.m. We provide all equipment, supplies and training, you just bring yourself and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Mopping tile floors
Cleaning restrooms
Collecting garbage
Cleaning break rooms & desks
Requirements:
Clean criminal background and drug screen
Dependable transportation
Ability to lift 40 lbs
Live within 15-20 miles of facility (preferred)
Two years continuous janitorial experience (preferred)
