Kintz Plastics Incorporated was started in 1976 by Wynn Kintz with three employees in a 500 square foot building. They grew quickly and in 1980 went through a major expansion adding additional manufacturing equipment and space every couple of years. In 1992 they started offering Twin-Sheet Thermoforming. In 2001 construction began on the Kintz Plastics Tech Center with 30,000 square feet of new ma

nufacturing and engineering space bringing out total manufacturing space to over 100,000 square feet. In 2005 Kintz installed "Jumbo" the largest 4-station rotary thermoforming machine in the Eastern US, capable of thermoforming parts up to 9 by 13 feet. Kintz Plastics, an ISO 9001:2008 registered company, has delivered quality thermoformed products on time and at a competitive price since 1976. We remain committed to being the technological leader in heavy gauge, thermoforming, pressure forming and twin sheet forming. Kintz's thermoforming expertise has earned them numerous honors from the Society of Plastics Industries, including several "Best in SHOW" shown below. Kintz Plastics is committed to design and engineering excellence. We assist our customers as partners through every phase of the product development process so that we can produce the highest quality parts with the shortest possible lead time. The parts Kintz produces must add value to a finished product by fitting seamlessly through integration and fit, be attractive, durable and of course affordable. Our engineering services provide in-house mold design and fabrication, tooling design, pre-production samples and product modification. Kintz works with clients to select the right processes and materials for each part. About Material
