Most organizations don’t have a people problem.

They have a systems problem disguised as a people problem.

When communication breaks down…
When burnout increases…
When turnover climbs…
When teams stop trusting each other…
When leaders feel stuck…

It’s easy to assume the people are the problem. In my experience, that’s rarely the whole story.

Whether I’m consulting with a clinical team, a youth sports organization, or a business, I start somewhere different.

👀I look for the patterns:

What’s reinforcing the problem?

What conversations aren’t happening?

Where are expectations unclear?

What systems are unintentionally creating the very outcomes everyone is trying to solve?

Because once you understand the system…You can change the outcome.

If your team feels stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I’d love to help you look at the bigger picture and identify where change can actually begin.

Scheduling a consultation is easy.
Send me a message and I will send over availability to get the conversation (and solutions) started!

Some of the best ideas do not begin as business ideas.

They begin with paying attention.

As we prepared for Levi’s first national amateur race, I wanted to create something that would make the experience feel personal and exciting for him and for our whole family.

So I made these custom coloring pages.

The job was not simply to give the kids something to color. It was to help them see themselves in the experience. To make a big, unfamiliar event feel more concrete, memorable and theirs.

This is what I mean when I say that I create for the job to be done.

✨I pay attention to the person, the experience and all the moving parts. I notice what is missing. Then I organize what I see and create something useful to help people understand, engage or move forward.

Sometimes that becomes a visual model, a roadmap, a learning experience or an entire program. This time, it became a coloring page for my children.

It is also part of a larger project I have been developing over the past year and hope to bring to life by the end of this year. The project grew the same way much of my work does: from a real experience, a need I could see and the realization that what I was looking for did not yet exist.✨

This is an investment in my children, in the rider and family work we are building, and in a sport that has given our family so much.

The form of my work may change, but the way I think does not.
I notice. I organize. I create for the job to be done.

What have you found yourself creating because the thing you needed did not exist yet?

📷: AI disclaimer: the tool produced an image under my direction. I created the reason for it to exist.

I know there is a lot of strife in our world, but there is a lot of good, too.  In the words of Maya Angelou, “no matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow.”  Remember that problems are temporary and help is available when you need it.  Pl...

We all know that eating healthy and fueling our minds and bodies well leads to improved mental health and overall wellbeing.
But do you realize not everyone has equal access?

Even locally we are seeing the closing or relocation of grocery stores and access to quality food sources diminish in certain areas. Not everyone has transportation, childcare, or financial means to food. There are resources, and being aware of them and helping each other get connected is a great way to support healthy living for all families.

Here in Hubbard, it has been awesome to see the regular presence of the Hubbard Farmers Market , providing access to fruits vegetables and other food items.

Resources in communities across our nation like this matter more than you think.

Come on in✨

Most people don’t wake up thinking, “I need a therapist.” They wake up thinking about the problem they’re trying to solve.

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio, I work primarily with motivated adults who are ready to invest in themselves not because they’re “broken,” but because they’re ready for something to change and ready to feel heard and supported.

Therapy is a place to better understand yourself, develop practical tools, and create a path toward feeling and functioning better and receive the compassion support you need through whatever chapter you’re in.

I currently have availability for 1–3 new adult clients, Thursdays only.

✔️ Ohio residents only
✔️ Virtual sessions available statewide
✔️ In-person appointments available as an option

If you’ve been considering taking that first step, I’d be honored to see if we’re a good fit.

Feel free to message me and I will send you the booking link where you can verify if I am paneled with your insurance, and or review out-of-pocket rates and availability.

A little availability update for the remainder of 2026:

I have shared with my current clinical clients that my clinical availability will be limited and primarily concentrated on Thursdays only.

My work can look different depending on where you know me from or what role I am being hired to serve in. In addition to my clinical work, I continue to work as a speaker, educator, consultant, coach and of course cant forget my baby The mental health and wellness expo returning in May 2027 :)

A little bit of all the things I love but I am careful to intentionally plan out my availability and capacity so that you get the best version of me when you need me. I like variety but the variety I get to pick. A little bit of variety, I have found, keeps me sharp, inspired, and engaged in the things that light me up.
To think I was once burned out from the work I loved reminds me how grateful I am to do the work I love while still nurturing my growing little family and health. And that balance has made all the difference for me.

If an organization is looking for someone with my knowledge, experience, and expertise, I do still have limited availability for select professional projects, particularly on Fridays as 2026 rounds out.

This could include:

• Speaking at an event or conference
• Developing and delivering a custom learning event
• Providing short term consultation
• Helping develop or strengthen a program, framework, or practical resource
• Joining a podcast or professional conversation

I would especially welcome opportunities to create custom learning experiences for clinical teams using visual frameworks and practical tools if an Organization is willing to host the CE.

If you are interested in Thursday clinical availability or would like to discuss a speaking, teaching, consultation, or creative project for the remainder of 2026, please feel free to reach out.

I hope you all have a great day, and for my friends family and colleagues who continue to mention my name in rooms I am not in- I appreciate you!
