A colorful, vibrant frittata makes the perfect weekday evening meal. 🍳🌱✨

On busy weeknights, an egg dish makes an ideal dinner since they're simple to prepare and rich with protein. 🥚💪 Each large egg contains 6g! And since our eggs are packed with extra nutrition like Omega-3, any meal you make with them will be extra-nutritious. 😇

Eggs pair so beautifully with spring's in-season veggies. 🌿 The spring season offers so many fresh flavors, and an egg frittata (or an omelette, if that's what you prefer) is one great way to enjoy spring's seasonal veggies in a hearty & nourishing dish.

Best of all, this meal can be served again for breakfast, lunch, or dinner – and any leftovers will keep well in the fridge, too!

Nourish your body by eating well, and celebrating the renewal that spring brings – all while supporting sustainable farming practices that nurture the planet. 🌎🌾

Still looking for a way to use up all those hard boiled eggs you dyed last weekend? Make some dressed-up deviled eggs! 🥚👩🏻‍🍳

🌿 Placing pretty green garnishes on top (like cilantro and fresh jalapeño) can make this traditional spring classic feel a bit more fresh.

🧂 Adding seasonings like smoked paprika on top can add a nice depth of flavor. Get creative and try some different spices to mix it up!

🥒 Want to try a fun twist? Add chopped pickled veggies into the deviled egg filling. You can stick with the expected pickled cucumbers, or try something unique like pickled jalapeño peppers, pickled onions, or even pickled fennel!

Deviled eggs are just so good... have fun making yours this weekend! ✨

Why dye eggs for Easter when they already come in such pretty shades of blue? 🩵💙🩵💙🩵

In case you’re wondering, our beautiful Heirloom Blues weren't laid by blue hens. 😉 These lovely blue-shelled eggs get their color from our special Azur breed laying hens, and their feathers are mostly white (with a few speckles here and there).

Azur hens have a genetic reason for laying blue eggs: their genes are primed to make a pigment that colors the outside of their eggshells blue — just as brown hens carry the genes to make a pigment that colors their eggshells brown.

While we’ll always love the classic New England brown eggs, we’ve fallen in love with these pretty Blues! 😍

You can find our Heirloom Blues at the following retailers in select stores across the country:

Scrambled eggs are an absolute classic egg dish. And if we were to give out an award for the most versatile way to cook eggs, scrambled would win every time! 🍳🏆🙌

Here's why scrambled eggs have our ❤️...

🥚 You can serve scrambled eggs on their own, or on top of a bagel or another toasty breakfast bread option.

🥚 Scrambled eggs will keep in the fridge! Yes, you read that right – as long as you cover & place scrambled eggs in your refrigerator within 2 hrs of cooking, they will keep for 3-4 days. Such a good way to cook breakfast ahead!

🥚 For some extra nutrition, you can sauté up a few veggies to include in your scramble or stir in some cottage cheese to boost your protein.

You just can't go wrong with scrambled eggs! :)

Each carton of eggs represents a lot of delicious possibilities. 🍮🫐🍓🥞🍳 Will they become something as delectable as crème brûlée topped with fresh berries, or instead be mixed into the batter for some classic weekend pancakes?

There’s no wrong way to use our eggs in our opinion. We’re glad to be a part of your nourishing meal! ☺️❤️

We’re celebrating World Farm Animals Day by appreciating the happy hens who call our farm home! 🐓🌿✨ We believe that all farm animals should live well on Certified Humane farms, roaming in green grass and eating healthy organic feed like ours do. ❤️

Here’s to our feathered friends and the lovely people here who take such good care of them! 👏👏👏

You know what time it is... it's apple cider doughnut time!! 🍏🍩🎉 Make the recipe below and tag us so we can see your delicious donuts! 😍

RECIPE:
Apple Cider Doughnuts (with gluten free option)
Prep: 25 mins
Cooking time: ~10 minutes
Serves 6-12

Ingredients:
• 2 cups of apple cider, boiled down to yield 2/3 cups syrupy liquid, cooled
• 8 tablespoons butter, room temperature
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 eggs, room temperature
• ½ cup milk
• 3 ½ cups all purpose or gluten free flour (such as Cup4Cup or King Arthur Gluten-Free Flour Blend)
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

For topping:
• ¼ cup melted butter
• 3 Tbsp demerara sugar
• 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
• 1 Tbsp cinnamon

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. In a large bowl of a mixer, begin to beat the butter over medium speed. Add granulated sugar in a steady stream and cream together.
3. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix to combine.
4. Add milk and reduced apple cider. Mix to combine.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg.
6. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients using a mixer to ensure they are fully combined, scraping the sides down occasionally.
7. Prepare doughnut pans with cooking spray. Fill the doughnut cavities no more than 2/3 full. Place in the oven for 7-9 minutes until doughnuts spring back to the touch.
8. Remove doughnuts and allow to cool for 10-20 minutes. Turn doughnuts out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
9. To add topping: Mix together the sugars and cinnamon in a large bowl.
10. Lightly paint the melted butter onto the top of a doughnut with a cooking/basting brush. Dip buttered side of doughnut into the bowl of cinnamon sugar and roll to coat. Shake gently to remove any excess topping and return to rack.
