We're hiring! Apply now to join the team! AJ Tool is a second generation family owned business specializing in plastic injection and thermoplastic mold design, repair and manufacturing.

Job requirements include:

• Ability to program machine using internal and offline software (MasterCam, Mazak, Hurco, OKK, & Makino)

• Working knowledge of Creo and/or Solidworks, AutoCad, to review designs as needed.

• Can read and interpret 2d drawings of both part and mold design.

• Takes direction from Lead Toolmaker on pre and post heat treat requirements.

• Has a full understanding of any stock safe requirements, and the areas where it applies.

• Operator should understand, and be able to achieve, tolerance requirements as communicated by the lead toolmaker.

• Uses standard measuring equipment to confirm finish steel sizes.

This job requirements list is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other responsibilities as management may require.
