A site preparation we just completed in Plantation Pointe in Granite Falls, NC.

Our customers were wanting to retain as much privacy as they could so after installing a culvert to provide access to the property we gave them a nice long driveway opening up to the site of their future home.

A customer in Collettsville, NC was getting water into their crawl space along with a backyard that was holding water. We installed a dry creek bed to catch water coming off a hill behind the home, installed a heavy duty downspout system to carry water far from the home, brought in dirt and regraded the yard so that water will properly flow away from the home, and installed a french drain system with a sump pump within the crawl space.
