❄⛄ Winter Porta Potty Guidelines ⛄❄

Another summer has come and gone in the blink of an eye and that means it's time to start preparing for the colder months. As the weather gets cooler each day, we wanted to take a moment to go over our winter guidelines.

❄ The $10 Winterization Fee will be applied to all units per billing cycle starting Nov 15. This fee will remain in place until April 1, 2027. As a reminder, this is a necessary measure that we have to take to keep the units from freezing. Without our brine solution, the units would freeze and we'd be unable to pump them out each week - leaving you stranded in the cold!

❄ Once snow arrives, it is your responsibility to make sure driveways/sites are plowed/treated and the units are shoveled out. When providing placement instructions for new rentals, please keep in mind that units should not go in areas that may be used to pile snow. Keeping units close to/on paved areas/access roads helps ensure we are able to clean each week.

❄ Cold and plastic are not the best combinations so we ask that you do not plow snow into the sides/doors of the units as they can crack easily under stress during the colder months. Also, please do not use the door to clear snow from in front of the units - the door hinges do not like this one bit!

❄ For the safety of our drivers and others on the roads, we do not put our trucks on the road during snowstorms. All units will be serviced on a delayed schedule when storms occur.

We'd like to give Ben a big thank you and wish him good luck as he takes the winter off to compete for the Ability360 rugby team. During the summer months he handles our day-to-day scheduling and routing, event scheduling, and all of the fun late night/early morning "hey I need a unit here today, sorry I totally forgot" calls and texts. His help allows us to show up for our drivers and our kids with undivided attention and that means the most to us. Thank you again and good luck!

We’re excited to announce the addition of our newest employee — Emmett (EJ), born August 10! 👶🏼

After one full week on the job, he’s already proving himself with strong skills in: 🍼Eating, 💩Pooping, 😴Taking extended breaks and 📈Increasing company cuteness by 100%.

We’re thrilled to welcome our newest “employee” and look forward to watching him grow — although we may need to work on his attendance and productivity.
