I probably wouldn't have believed you if you had told me a few years ago that I would be starting my own company, but here I am. I'm still standing, still developing, and prepared to give my community something genuine.

My name is Sylvia Federico, and I am the owner of Mystic Harmony Solutions. I offer professional home care and space renewal services to help your home feel clean, calm, and supportive again.

I'm currently soft-launching a pilot program focused on standard cleans—because a well-kept space is more than just how it looks; it's also about how you feel when you walk in.

I serve clients within a 15-mile radius, including Hudson, Aripeka, Hudson Beach, Weeki Wachee, Shady Hills, and West Spring Hill.

If you live in the area and want dependable home care with a personal touch, I'd be delighted to speak with you.
Spots are limited while I'm in the pilot phase.
Please contact me directly for more information or to set up an appointment.

I've spent the last nine days keeping a vigil for my father. Not the kind with just candles and silence (though there was that too) but the kind where you dig into the lineage, name the wounds, build an altar out of memory and music, and emerge on the other side changed.

In my latest Substack post, I take the familiar Five Stages of Grief and walk them through the actual terrain of my loss. Not as theory, but as testimony.

This is what happens when you stop trying to "get through" grief and start letting it teach you.

Introduction: The Map and the Territory

✨ A fresh foundation for the season ahead

I am opening a limited early interest list before launch.

💌 DM "RESET" to secure priority access.

Everything else flows from clarity.

📩 My Substack explores the philosophy behind sacred space.

They taught us the Five Stages of Grief

But no one told me what to do when grief spoke in ancestors, ritual, and bone-deep memory.
When my father died, the map I was given didn't fit the land.

They call it denial.
I call it standing at the threshold.

"I didn't deny his death. I placed it on a sacred hinge - between light and return."

Grief didn't make me numb.
It made me mythic.

They call it anger.
I call it clarity sharp enough to cut lineage.

"I saw the pattern in the blood. And I chose to be the interruption."

My anger wasn't chaos.
It was the fire that said "This ends with me."

They call it bargaining.
I call it devotion without delusion.

"I offer this not to bind you here, but to honor that you existed."

I didn't ask him to return.
I built him a passage.

They call it depression.
I call it grief taking up residence in the flesh.

"Where grief rests in my body today is on my shoulders."

This wasn't a weakness.
It was a body remembering how to carry the dead.

They call it acceptance.
I call it inheritance.

"I walk forward carrying memory, not weight."

Ancestors don't want us diminished.
They want us alive.

Grief is not linear.
It is cultural.
It is ancestral.
It is embodied.

Today marks my father’s 66th birthday.

I created this memorial tribute as a vigil.

A way to honor his life, witness his passing, and remember him with specificity and care.

Thank you to those who hold this gently.

Gaudette Sunday -- The Rowan Threshold 🌹

Today, the candle shifts.
Joy is not loud.
Joy is not forced.
Joy is the threshold we cross after endurance.

In The Holly & Oak Winter Collection, Gaudette Sunday marks The Rowan Threshold -- the pause between descent and return, where light is remembered even before it fully arrives.

Joy doesn't mean everything is fixed.
It means you're still here.
Still breathing.
Still capable of love.

If you're honoring Advent this season -- traditionally, symbolically, or quietly -- this offering was made to walk beside you.

🕯️ Save. Reflect. Take what resonates.
