Our take on the “This is who…” trend!

11/11/2025

Today, and every day, we pause with gratitude for the veterans who are part of the W.H. Bagshaw family — and for the countless veterans whose service and sacrifice protect the freedoms we enjoy.

We’re proud to employ and serve those who have dedicated themselves to something greater than themselves. Their commitment, discipline, and teamwork mirror the very values that drive precision manufacturing — and we’re honored to have their example guiding us. A good friend just aptly pointed out that veterans make amazing employees!

To all who have served, thank you for your courage and your contributions — in uniform and beyond.

Patrick Harvey just attended the IEEE Power Electronics Symposium and made some great connections.

One of our key takeaways was how the industry is converging around power conversion and energy-management systems across all sectors — from aerospace and medical to automotive and industrial manufacturing. The innovations driving power electronics today are shaping how we think about precision machining, efficiency, and sustainability in our own work.
We made some valuable new connections and left inspired by how much opportunity there is when disciplines like precision manufacturing and power technology intersect.

Here’s to staying curious, collaborative, and committed to powering progress — together.

Vice President Adria Bagshaw joined other employers and healthcare professionals recently for an eye opening roundtable hosted by Congresswoman Maggie Goodlander on one of the toughest challenges we all face, the out-of-control costs of healthcare.

Trying to keep our employees on the same level of coverage (which we currently provide at no cost) while protecting their wallets and the long-term health of the business is something that keeps me up at night.

The responsibility that comes with ownership isn’t about chasing profit, it’s about managing risk, showing up for your team, and doing right by the people who count on us.

Thank you, Congresswoman Maggie Goodlander your compassion, your leadership, and for taking the time to truly listen. Your commitment to solutions and willingness to fight means the world!

💙 Caring for the caregiver 💙

So many on our team balance work while also taking care of aging parents or family members. Did you know the average caregiver spends 26 hours per week supporting a loved one?

Today we hosted a “Lunch & Learn” to share resources and encouragement for those in this important role. Two great places to start:
👉 NH Aging & Disability Resource Centers
👉 Umbra Health Advocacy

At Bagshaw, being a Recovery Friendly Workplace means caring for the whole person—on and off the job.
