Andy-last week closed at 52 week lows. I believe early next year will see things go in a positive direction.
Tyler-Shop around for insurance! So many rate differences that it could be a huge difference in overall costs.
Ryan-rates are changing in insurance as well so always get quotes at least every 3 years. Shop around
Yvonne-Bank pre-approval ended up in a lost earnest deposit. The bank pre-approved a new client without vetting completely and the result was a lost earnest deposit due to no longer qualifying. Use local lenders! Also, Yvonne spoke about a temporary buy down product that could help some buyers.
Cathy-rent is 100% interest rate. Educating a prospective buyer or seller that is sitting on the fence can help them understand that the rates of today are not that scary and there are strategies to the process to help their personal wealth grow. Please give me a call and I would be happy to speak to their concerns and fears.
10 minute talk-Tyler Moore
Tyler grew up in the Forest Hills area. He recently became engaged to Tasha. They just bought their first home.
Tyler's education has been at GRCC and GVSU
His hobbies are competitive shooting, clay target shooting, mountain biking and hiking.
Tyler worked at the gun club for 7 years where he was introduced to the insurance industry through a contact at the club. He worked 3 years at DAI and then moved to Campbell Group December 21, 2021.
His position at Campbell includes handling all new business deemed "small business", to help new business place required coverage for all lines, including general liability, property, etc., and to make sure clients are placed optimally for their renewals.
Campbell Group is one of Acrisure's largest agencies, has been in business since 1950, mostly specializes in the trucking space, has some of the most diverse carrier/broker options on the market and leverages their relationship with Acrisure to ensure the best client experience compared to their competition.
Questions for Tyler-
Andy asked how the past year has been. Tyler's response was that he is loving the process and loves learning within the industry.
