Another great transformation!

This floor started out extremely pitted and heavily stained, so proper preparation was key. We shot blasted the entire surface, including the pitted areas, then filled the damaged concrete with a polyurethane repair material and ground everything flush for a smooth, solid foundation.

From there, we applied a 100% solids aliphatic epoxy base coat with a full broadcast of Shoreline decorative flakes. We allowed the epoxy to cure overnight, giving it time to develop a strong bond with the properly prepared concrete.

The next day, we scraped and cleaned the floor before applying a high-solids polyaspartic topcoat for added durability, UV stability, and long-term protection.

This floor came a long way from where it started. What a transformation!
