Apparently yesterday was National Rosé Day. Normally I would skip it because, let's be honest, there seems to be a day for everything these days.

But our rosé is just too beautiful not to share.

Our Merlot Rosé is light, dry, and crisp, with just enough depth from the Merlot to give it character while still being incredibly refreshing. The kind of wine that's equally at home on the patio, at the lake, or on the porch after a long day.

Does anyone else get weirdly attached to the bourbon sitting quietly in barrels?

You so much time checking on it, tasting it, watching it mature, waiting for it to become what it was meant to be.

Then one day it's time to pull the b**g, pour it out, and send it off into the world.

And somehow... it hurts a little.

Like watching your bourbon child spread its wings and leave home.

A cocktail that's as much about the experience as it is the flavor.

We start by smoking a cinnamon stick directly in the glass, capturing that warm aroma before building the cocktail with gin and pear. Finished with a cinnamon sugar rim, every sip brings together bright fruit, botanical notes, and just the right touch of spice.

The first thing you'll notice is the cinnamon smoke.

The second thing you'll notice is that your glass is suddenly empty.
