Sitting in this skid steer next to my dad, I can’t help but feel grateful. This picture means more than just a day on the job — it’s a reminder of where my passion for this industry was born.
From the time I was little, I watched him put in the long hours, the sweat, the dedication, and the pride in doing things the right way. He never had to sit me down and “teach” me what hard work and passion looked like — he showed me every single day.
The reason I love what I do, the reason I wake up excited to run equipment, build, and create, is because of him. This industry isn’t just my career, it’s my calling — and that fire was lit by my dad.
Grateful beyond words for the man who set the example and gave me the drive to chase this dream.

I wish she was still with us here today to be able to see what I've done, but the biggest blessing of all is he still gets to see what I'm doing here today and the legacy I'm building for our family
