Asset Strategy Consultants ASC is a Maryland Limited Liability Company founded in 1991 by Charles E. Herget, Jr. and Alfred J.

Morrison and began providing investment consulting services the same year. In addition to our headquarters in Baltimore, we maintain client service offices in the following cities: Boston, Charleston, Harrisburg, Pittsburgh, and Raleigh/Durham. At present, ASC is still owned and operated by its two original Principals, Ted Herget and Al Morrison. In 2006, John Meehan was hired as Director of Rese

arch and added to the ownership as a Principal. In June 2017, David Saunders and Bobby Merrick were also made Principals. Asset Strategy is an independent, investment consulting firm focused on Endowments, Foundations, Operating Reserves Portfolios, and Retirement Plans. Our goal is to provide best-in-class service, and to utilize technology to maximize the benefit and value of our consulting services. Our 26 year history enables us to offer a more diverse suite of deliverables, and to better negotiate with the providers that deliver services to our clients.
