Huntingdon County 4-H Livestock Judging Team Welcome to the page! Here to share with the world what Huntingdon County youth can do!

Welcoming 4-H members interested in learning in-depth knowledge and management of livestock animals, including evaluation and selection. Members will compete in various livestock judging and Skillathon contests throughout Pennsylvania as well as potentially attending contests in other states such as Virginia, North Carolina, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, Colorado, and more. Closing out the regular judging season today at the 2026 PA State 4-H Livestock Judging Contest. And, a big day it was!!!

Junior’s with the clean sweep win!!! Wining every category! Champion High Team!!! 🏆 Members include: Russell, Sawyer, Elliott, Eliza

Yesterday was a beautiful day to judge some livestock…and judge livestock they did! The South East PA Regional 4-H/ FFA Livestock Judging Contest is a great precursor to states next week!!!

Today was the PA State 4-H Livestock Skillathon Contest and it’s back to NATIONALS we go!!! This time for the National 4-H Livestock Quiz Bowl.

Today we kicked off the new judging season with a Winter Workout by a few of our alumni!! Placing beef and sheep and practing reasons were on the agenda with some of that mid-west flare. Thankful to have past members willing to share their knowledge with the next generation of livestock judges!
