AB5 has been in effect for over a month. Is your business in compliance? This week a US District judge denied a motion brought forth by rideshare companies to halt enforcement of this law which means companies big and small should take note and make sure they are in compliance NOW. Expecting to see even more of this in the new year. We could have easily helped these employers make the transition from the freelancer model without jobs lost.

If only these employers understood that with the proper HR consultant, conversion from the freelancer model to an employee model doesn't have to be costly...
