Happy Case Management Week! 💙

Our team at 1Heart Caregiver Services - Huntington Beach stopped by local hospitals and skilled nursing facilities this week to say thank you to the case managers and discharge planners who work so hard for our seniors and their families.

Behind every safe discharge is someone coordinating the details: the family conversations, the follow-ups, the "what happens next?" questions. We're so grateful for all you do, and we feel lucky to partner with you.

🍦 Celebrating National Assisted Living Week with our partners at Ivy Park at Huntington Beach!

This week is all about honoring the residents whose stories light up our communities — and the caregivers and staff who show up for them every single day. To say thank you, 1Heart Caregiver Services hosted a Churro Sundae Bar for the residents and team at Ivy Park, complete with all the toppings: strawberries, crushed Oreos, shredded coconut, sprinkles, and fruity pebbles!

It's these small moments of connection that remind us why we do what we do. Grateful for partners like Ivy Park who make it possible to bring a little extra joy to the seniors we serve.
