Celebrating Growth at FloraCraft!

Over the past six months, 12 future leaders at FloraCraft embarked on a powerful journey of personal and professional development.

Led by our Managing Partner Todd Sperl, each participant completed the Executive Results Driver, a behavioral assessment tool and received a tailored development plan—designed to enhance their leadership skills while building on their unique strengths.

Through thought-provoking reading, collaborative discussions, and hands-on exploration of core leadership topics, this cohort cultivated the tools and confidence to lead with impact.

We’re proud of the progress made and excited to see how these emerging leaders will shape the future of FloraCraft!

What a great evening last night at Oakland University. The Pawley Institute’s appreciation night was a success. From Dennis Pawley’s words of wisdom to Greg Kelsey’s “follow the process” speech, Dennis Wade (Director of the Pawley Institute) made us feel appreciated!

What an diverse support group Dennis has established, e.g., Meijer, DTE, Comerica, Henry Ford Health (or is it just Henry ;)) and many more.

I’ve been fortunate to have a long term relationship with Oakland University starting with a decade teaching Lean in the business school’s Executive MBA program and now teaching Lean leadership with Dr. Shannon Flumerfelt as part of the doctoral program.

While many government agencies and companies are relaxing their masking policies, we at Lean Fox Solutions feel the need to remind our clients on this day that we will continue requiring all clients to be properly masked for all virtual meetings. This includes Zoom, Microsoft Teams, FaceTime, etc.
