🔥 Before you turn on the stove, take a quick look around your kitchen.

Are dish towels and paper products away from the burners?
Are pot handles turned inward?
Is the area around your cooking appliances clear?
Are your smoke alarms working?

And once you start cooking, stay nearby and keep an eye on what’s happening.

This Fire Prevention Month, make these simple habits part of your everyday cooking routine. A little preparation can help prevent a small mistake from becoming a much bigger problem. 🏠💙

🔥 When a fire happens, the damage can go far beyond what you can see.

Even after the flames are out, smoke and soot can affect belongings throughout the home, while water and moisture from firefighting efforts can create additional damage.

That’s why fire recovery often involves more than addressing the areas directly affected by the flames. At Blue Kangaroo Packoutz, we understand how important it is to care for the belongings impacted along the way.

Mold picked the wrong chair. 😎🦘

This chair belonged to our customer’s late father, so throwing it away wasn’t an option. Our team gave it some serious TLC, cleaned away the mold, and helped bring it back to life.

Because sometimes it’s not “just a chair.” It’s part of the family. ❤️
