Exciting news at The Desk & Copy Stop! We are thrilled to share that we have a brand-new entrance door, made possible through generous grants from the Community Foundation of Huntington County, the City of Huntington, IN - Government, and the Fortitude Fund.

A HUGE THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to these organizations for helping make this improvement possible! ❤️ Your support makes such a difference to our business and our community.

No more struggling to get in and out! 🙌 Our new entrance features ADA-compliant automatic door controls, making it easier and more accessible for everyone to enter our store.

Downtown Huntington is getting IN MOTION today for our August Market on Main Street!

Join us today from 3-7pm for an afternoon of shopping, food, fun, and activities celebrating the many ways we move around and connect with our community!

Here’s what you can look forward to:

🚲 Huntington Bicycle Shop will be downtown with bikes to check out and a drawing to win a $250 gift certificate!
🚴 HARTA will have bike tire checks, a bike obstacle course, and coloring pages for the kids!
🛹 The Skatepark Initiative will be on hand to share more about their work in our community.
🚲 Truitt Law Offices will have a bike helmet and swag giveaway
🤝 Other local community groups will also be joining us with information and activities!

Monday evening was Back to School Night at Huntington Catholic School, and we were so happy to be part of it! 📚✏️

This year, we were excited to partner with Huntington Catholic School by giving parents the option to have their children’s school supplies put together for them. It’s a simple way to save time during an already busy back-to-school season—and we’re grateful for the opportunity to serve our community in this way. ❤️

We had a special visitor stop by during the Tenderloin Festival yesterday! ❤️

Brandon Borntreger, the talented artist who created this beautiful painting, stopped in for a visit—and we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to get a picture of him with his artwork, which has a special place hanging in our office.

When we purchased this piece, we had no idea that one day we would have a business right in the heart of downtown. Looking at the painting now, it feels even more meaningful. It captures the character and charm of downtown so beautifully, and we’re so happy to have it as part of our office.

It was wonderful to see Brandon again and to share this little full-circle moment with him! 🎨❤️

Right here in our community, some families are making difficult choices as the new school year approaches. Together, we can help lighten that burden.

This week, every guest at The Desk & Copy Stop is invited to enjoy a bag of FREE fresh-popped popcorn.

Instead of paying for your snack, consider making a free will donation. Every dollar collected will help provide school supplies for local students, giving them the opportunity to start the school year prepared and confident.

A few dollars can buy pencils. A little more can provide notebooks, crayons, folders, or glue. Every donation—large or small—helps a child walk into the classroom with dignity and the tools they need to succeed.

No pressure. No minimum donation. Just neighbors helping neighbors.
