Emmas Garden Growers inc. aka Otto Keil Florist. We are wholesale growers of annuals, perennials and holiday potted plants. We service garden centers, florists and landscapers.

Emmas Garden Growers is a sister business to Otto Keil Florist which was started by our grandfather Otto Keil. We have about 6 acres of greenhouse spread over four locations. We grow most of what we sell but we also buy and sell a large number of plants from Florida, California, Canada, etc.... Our primary focus is growing spring annuals for the local landscape and garden center trade, but we al

Emma’s Garden Growers, Inc. is a family owned, wholesale, flower nursery in Huntington, NY. We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist to work in our business office.
The ideal candidate must be experienced in all A/R processes and familiar with Quickbooks. They must be organized, detail oriented, and possess strong communication and customer service skills.
Job Responsibilities Include:
-Handle daily cash posting and prepare bank deposit
-Respond for all phone calls and correspondence pertaining to A/R
-Scan all check payments to the bank website and post the deposit
-Prepare and send monthly statements to customers with charge accounts or open balances
-Review and analyze monthly aging report to ensure accuracy and guide collections
-Process credit card payments for charge accounts
-Monitor all A/R accounts and report monthly review of accounts to management
-Responsible for all aspects of collections
-Handle customer queries regarding invoices and make adjustments as needed
-Prepare and maintain all customer files

Compensation is in hourly salary which will be commensurate with experience. Please provide your hourly requirement in your response.
