This past month is a whirlwind of emotions as we received a cancer diagnosis for my husband. Despite the storm, I am grateful for project teams that can adapt, employers that allow for family to come first, and a field I truly love.

The great resignation is real.

For all the bad COVID brought, it gave employees the time away from the workplace and allowed them to see the toxicity of their workplace culture.

Sometimes you in order to truly see things you need to look from the outside in rather than the inside out.

The Great Resignation is still going strong with one-quarter of employees resigning over the past six months, citing toxic company culture as the No. 1 reason.
