NOW HIRING: Client Connector (Front Desk Coordinator)

Huntsville Hub is looking for someone who can confidently run the front of the house and create an exceptional experience for our members every day.

This is not a sit-at-the-desk-and-watch-the-clock kind of role. We’re looking for someone who is organized, warm, professional under pressure, and energized by helping people.

In this role, you’ll:
• Welcome members and guests
• Answer incoming calls professionally
• Handle mail and certified packages
• Give tours to prospective members
• Support meeting room and event setups
• Help create the professional environment our members depend on daily

Requirements:
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to commute to our Huntsville location

Compensation & Benefits:
• $16–$18/hour based on experience
• BCBS medical, dental, and vision
• Paid holidays and PTO
