IN 36 HOURS WE DROVE TO GARY, INDIANA, HANDED OUT SUPPLIES, GIFT CARDS AND FLASHLIGHTS, COLLECTED INFORMATION AND MADE IT BACK TO HUNTSVILLE IN TIME TO DO A FOLLOW-UP INTERVIEW WITH Anjolina Fantaroni WAFF 48

We’ve started receiving donations for Gary, Indiana storm relief, and somebody included this handwritten note with a box of flashlights:

“God bless the hearts of all who gave aid to this needed effort.”

That got me.

These may look like small items, but when people are sitting in the dark, trying to move around safely, check on family, charge phones, and get through another night without power, a flashlight means something.

Thank you to everybody in Huntsville and North Alabama who has already donated, shared, picked up supplies, or helped spread the word.

We still need batteries, flashlights, tap lights, handheld fans, portable chargers, power banks, solar lights/chargers, gift cards for food, gas, or delivery services and.....

TARPS FOR HOMES THAT HAVE DAMAGE EXPOSING THEIR HOME TO THE COMING RAIN!

Every little bit adds up. ❤️

We’ve already received donations for families in Northwest Indiana, and we’re so grateful! Every battery, flashlight, fan, power bank, and emergency supply helps.
We’re collecting TODAY (Saturday) before we head to Indiana to personally deliver supplies to residents who need them.

Even $5–$10 in supplies can make a difference. If you can’t donate, please share!
