Apparently, this is who we are now... people who take pictures of drywall and insist everyone look at them. 😂 But LOOK AT IT! Walls are going up, windows are in, and painting is underway inside the at ASCTE!

Even the ductwork has school spirit. ❤️

A huge shout-out to Brasfield & Gorrie and the hardworking crews bringing this place to life. Thank you for the skill, sweat, and care going into a building that will mean so much to our students.

And to the donors, partners, and friends helping make this possible... THIS is your generosity taking shape. A place where students throughout the state of Alabama will explore, build, test, and probably explain things to the rest of us using words we’ll have to Google.

There’s still work ahead, but goodness, we’re grateful for this progress and the people behind it.
Go Sentinels... and somebody remind us not to touch the wet paint! 😂

The introduction began in New York, more than 900 miles from the Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering.

A former ASCTE faculty member had moved to the city and joined Dwight School, where a conversation about his previous work reached Jeremy Deutsch, CEO of Digital Pocket, and a parent at the school. Deutsch wanted to know more. When ASCTE President Matt Massey and ASCTE Foundation Executive Director PeggyLee Wright were in New York for a conference, he asked to meet with them.

TODAY WAS MORE THAN A RIBBON CUTTING.

Today, we opened the doors to MAD Security’s new Huntsville headquarters and 24/7 Security Operations Center — and celebrated a major milestone in where we’re headed next.

But this day wasn’t just about a new space.

It was about the mission.
It was about the people.
And it was about investing in what comes next.

As part of today’s celebration, MAD Security was proud to present a $100,000 donation to the Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering (ASCTE) and continue strengthening a partnership focused on developing the next generation of cybersecurity talent.

Because building the future of cybersecurity takes more than technology.

It takes giving talented people opportunities.
It takes developing the next generation.
It takes organizations willing to invest in the communities and missions they serve.

And it takes a team willing to stand watch 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for the organizations our country depends on.
To every client, partner, community leader, team member, friend, and guest who joined us today: thank you.

Thank you for walking through our doors.
Thank you for meeting the people behind the SOC.
Thank you for celebrating this milestone with us.
And most importantly, thank you for being part of what we are building.

We’re proud of how far MAD Security has come.
But we’re even more excited about where we’re going.

Our course remains the same:
Build the world’s best cybersecurity operation.
Defend the companies that defend the mission.
And keep raising the standard.
This is only the beginning.

🔴 We defend the companies that defend the mission.

says, “We put YOU in control!” Apparently, self-control around Bundt cakes is sold separately. 😂

These thoughtful folks surprised us at and Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering with a delicious “thinking of you” and “thank you,” and y’all... we speak fluent frosting! 🧁

Seriously, taking a moment to let someone know they’re appreciated can change their whole day. Thank you for thinking of us, showing up with kindness, and giving us one more reason to love the company we keep. 💙

Thanks a BUNDT, Gulf States Automation! Next time, please include instructions for stopping at one. 😉

Bring a University Dean to , and we’re impressed. Bring a dog with him, and suddenly the Dean has competition for top billing! 🐾😂

A HUGE thank-you to and , Dean of Auburn University’s , for joining us at the final Bullets, Bourbon, and Barbecue with the fabulous to share the incredible work behind the Auburn University Dog program!

Auburn’s Canine Performance Sciences program and these extraordinary dogs have been helping fight the war on terror and saving lives around the world. Their ability to detect explosives and other threats helps protect our military, first responders, and citizens at home and abroad. Behind those incredible noses are decades of research, dedicated teams, and a mission with very real stakes.

For a crowd committed to honoring service and supporting those who protect us, that mission hits home.

Meanwhile, some of us are still trying to train our dogs to stop stealing things off the kitchen counter. Clearly, there are levels to this. 🤣

Pam and Dr. Johnson, thank you for sharing your time, your knowledge, and this powerful reminder that service comes in many forms...including four paws and an exceptional nose. Having you with us made our that much more special.

Excuse us while we admire ourselves for a minute... 😎

Brasfield & Gorrie has completed the reskin of ASCTE’s academic and residential life buildings, and this campus is looking GOOD!

The brains were already here. Now the buildings are showing off, too. 😉

A huge THANK YOU to the Brasfield & Gorrie team for the hard work behind this gorgeous glow up! These buildings are where our Sentinels learn, live, and dream big, and we LOVE seeing them shine.

Fair warning... our camera rolls are about to become 90% building pictures. We are officially those people. 📸😂
