For all my s*hoo*tie friends - this class truly is great whether you are an instructor/coach of few, many or just yourself. Learning to coach effectively and be able to help someone reach their own conclusion about issues and fixes is not a skill taught in most classes - but this one more than makes up for that. Won't you come see what all 'my' fuss is about? 🙂

Christopher Bean is by far the best diagnostic guy in the biz. My skills have progressed tremendously under his guidance and mentoring.

Here is my take on the class:

Instructor Diagnostics and Applications Class.

I have taken this class and feel that in all my training it sits right up there with any class I have ever taken. More than that it has increased my effectiveness as a coach for anyone I interact with, whether a paid client or someone I'm having a casual conversation with regarding their process and outcomes. It is an amazing chance to explore your personal coaching methods and see how to highlight your strengths and break through any challenge you may be having with coaching. The biggest thing I took away from this class was confidence that I do know what I'm doing. That was a major win!

Tactical Advantage: Instructor Diagnostics & Applications.

It's been a whirlwind 5 months of training and teaching. Since January 1 it's been 2 trips to Georgia, 1 to Texas, 1 to Kansas, 1 to Illinois, 1 to Oklahoma, and heading out tomorrow for trip 2 to Oklahoma.

Lots of learning is happening, some new classes forming up for the future as well.

At the start of 2026 a new series started at Ozark Sportsman in Tontitown. It's a Skill Builder series designed to help you achieve competence and confidence. Skill Builder 1 focuses on accuracy skill development, Skill Builder 2 starts where #1 leaves off by helping you find the path to develop speed while maintaining your accuracy. Skill Builder 3 adds the next layer which is holster work. This class series is in answer to those who ask "What's next?" after either a concealed carry class or just in general want to move their skills to the next level.
