We’re excited to announce that after a few months of adjustments and transition, Samantha is officially back in the office full-time as our Office Manager!

Samantha’s dedication to customer service and commitment to our customers make her such a valuable part of the future of Crown Service Termite & Pest Control. We are thankful to have her leadership, experience, and friendly face back in the office each day.

As many of you may know, one of our owners, Wayne Hemmerly, unexpectedly passed away in October. He is truly missed, and his impact on Crown Service will always be part of who we are. In his honor, Crown Service Termite & Pest Control plans to continue business as usual, remaining committed to the values and vision he helped build.

Crown Service is also entering a season of change as Bella is no longer with the company as she enjoys this new chapter focused on spending time with her children. We are deeply appreciative of the years of hard work and dedication she poured into the company, and we wish her nothing but the best.

Please rest assured that all termite and pest control needs will continue to be met with the same care and reliability you’ve come to expect. Stephen, Todd, Thad, Aaron and Samantha are here with you—fully focused on our customers, who remain our top priority and the reason for our continued success.
