This will make liquor sales city wide legal and correct an antiquated law!

There are various portions of property within the city limits of Huntsville where a person cannot buy or sell alcohol for consumption. The special local liquor election is on the May 3 ballot. The decision for voters is to vote yes or no to allow the local sale of alcoholic beverages, including mixed beverages. The measure was added to the ballot after Delfina and Otilio Perez conducted a petition to obtain signatures to allow the election. Read more at itemonline.com
