YSG is seeking 3 TADSS Operator 1s to support our efforts at Fort Sill, OK with the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE).

The TADSS Operator 1 supports the U.S. Army Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE) at Fort Sill, OK, by operating and maintaining advanced training simulators, virtual trainers, and modeling & simulation systems. This role helps deliver realistic, technology-driven training by setting up simulation scenarios, supporting instructors and students, troubleshooting equipment, and facilitating after-action reviews. The position also assists with integrating simulation capabilities into Army training programs to enhance readiness and mission effectiveness.

Looking back on another successful SOF Week for YSG!

We were proud to participate in the premier gathering of the global Special Operations Forces community, spending the week focused on collaboration, innovation, and capability development. This year was especially exciting as our wholly-owned subsidiary, The Unconventional, exhibited for the first time, expanding their presence and engagement across the SOF community.

A highlight of the week was hosting our biennial USSOCOM Live Capabilities Demonstration Reception. With an incredible waterfront setting and a strong turnout from across the SOF and defense communities, the event provided a unique opportunity to bring together partners, colleagues, and mission-focused professionals following the demonstration.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this year's reception such a success. We're grateful for the relationships strengthened, the ideas exchanged, and the opportunity to support the SOF mission.
