𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Strive to generate additional revenue for the company. Create good will among our customers and within the general public. Manage delinquent accounts to support collection and reduce additional costs. Regularly exceed sales goals. Complete all paperwork and uploads to GBC accurately and timely. Manage route safety and confirm compliance with OSHA, DOT and other applicable law. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, personal hygiene and dress to present a positive company image. Wipe coolers, clean drip pans and maintain equipment in excellent shape and appearance. Rotate product leaving the newest in the back and pulling the oldest to the front. Look for opportunities to up sell product and accessories. Performs any other duties from time to time as may be assigned by the Route Manager.
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
This position requires extensive physical activities. Employee will be required to travel to customer sites in a company truck delivering heavy products to clients mostly in the local area. Normal work hours are from 6:30 to 5:00 with thirty minutes allowed for lunch and breaks per the employee manual. Some overtime is required during the heavy seasons. (March-September)

𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Must have a full range of body movements including use of hands. Vision abilities must be sufficient to shift in focus from computer screens to close forms.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Answer all incoming phones cheerfully. Take messages and pass on to the intended person immediately with detailed information. Answer questions appropriately. Check company email and respond or forward as appropriate in a timely manner. Take care of walk-in sales. Create work orders and distribute to meet customer needs. Provide drivers with directions, product suggestions and any other driver related need. Monitor office, kitchen and cleaning supplies and purchase, order or contact warehouse to maintain proper inventory. Track donations and facilitates delivery or issuing to recipients. Send outbound and distributes inbound faxes – immediately. Keys in credit card payment and credits and balance daily. Log in all visitors and issue visitor badges.

𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Occasional assistance to the Office Manager. Vacuuming, dusting, other basic cleaning to keep offices, restrooms, and kitchen clean.
