That's a wrap on an amazing summer with our intern class! The team showed off their four fully operational Unmanned Ground Vehicles at MDR's All Hands last week. These UGVs are designed to operate in multiple modes, include First Person View (FPV) controlled, waypoint following, and fully autonomous. These students dove into the project, following the systems engineering process through requirements development through a design process that relied on modeling and simulation. These designs were transformed into tested and demonstrated functioning hardware and software. We had a blast and know you did too! We're already looking forward to next year!

We are excited to introduce this year's Summer Intern team! We love the energy that comes with a team of students coming together to accelerate our Llamaworks projects and this year has kicked off with a lot of enthusiasm. The team has already completed the System Requirements Review for an unmanned autonomous ground vehicle and is hard at work preparing for the Preliminary Design Review while leaning forward on the prototype development.
