Are you fluent in English and Spanish and looking for an exciting career opportunity?

Orgill, the world's largest independent hardware distributor, is looking for a dedicated HR Bilingual Translator to join our team!

✨ What You'll Do:
Live Interpretation: Provide real-time translation during huddles, safety walk-throughs, and associate discussions.

Document Translation: Translate HR policies, safety protocols, and benefits materials.

Onboarding & Recruiting: Lead bilingual orientations and assist with hiring initiatives.

HR Support: Assist team members with payroll, benefits, and timekeeping queries.

📋 What We're Looking For:
Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English (including HR and warehouse terminology).

Experience: Background in translation or HR in a distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse setting.

Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace and comfortable working between office and warehouse environments.

💼 What We Offer:
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $24.00 / hour (DOE)

Paid Time Off: Up to 13 days PTO in year one (starting Day 1) + 8 paid holidays

Great Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, educational assistance, 401(k) with match, gym reimbursement, and more!

Schedule: Full-time Onsite (Mon-Thu 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Fri 8:00 am - 12:00 pm)
