Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and a strong understanding of machinery operation. This role involves working on the production line, ensuring equipment is functioning properly, and maintaining high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
Inspect products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Document and report production data and any issues encountered.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Basic math and computer skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to lift and move heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment.
