POSITION: Office Assistant
PAY: Based On Experience

JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our small family business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Greet and assist clients, customers, and visitors.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic/physical files.

Organize, file, and retrieve documents as needed.

Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.

Order and maintain office/shop supplies.

Assist with general administrative tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED.

Previous administrative or office experience preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

The employees that NEVER SLEEP!!!

What a crazy crazy 3 days. 17 full size vans wraps printed, laminated and trimmed in 48 hours. Having 4 printer is such a blessing. But when I tell you we are exhausted, that is an understatement. And we only have 63 more Michelob ultra wraps to go. 🥴🥴🥴🥴 If I could, I would take these printers on a vacation when they’re done ..🤣🤣🤣🤣
I know my employees are definitely getting bonuses!! 🤑🤑🤑🤑 I am absolutely convinced there is nothing my team can’t handle. I love each of them so much and thank God every day for them. Also for every blessing he has given me.
