Rodents can cause issues and sometimes the issues is the Rodents problem. Found this on a check up . It's important this could destroy your system if not caught in Time.

New valve , keep it going that's what we do best. When you need it fixed and not ready to have it replaced , call us we can do both but almost always can keep it going that's an option. Parts can be replaced if not repaired. A new systems ls not always necessary .
