Our Caribbean Community showed up.
💥 💥 Powerful Speakers Presented 💥 💥 and from the pictures you can see that everyone was keenly listening, empowered and engaged.

We started as novices in the online space. We didn’t know what we were doing or where this business model would eventually lead us in terms of the future.

But…. But. We stuck it out and look at our Caribbean community in our amazing diverse community of business owners.

When people tell you that in an online business, only people at the top earn, it’s a lie.

This picture below reminds me that growth mindset is a powerful tool. You have to use it wisely and so I did.

My mentor(the person that showed me the business) and myself collected the same award 🥇and the same one time bonus at the same time. (Reminder: she started the business two long years before me. So your growth is not controlled by anyone but yourself)

This means that if you are willing to scale your business, there is no stopping you.

Well, without a degree:

I am grateful to put in the effort and now, most of us can’t even hear the crowd anymore.

One thing I’ve never understood is why people expect successful people to apologize for making money… but nobody is expected to apologize for being broke.

You want me to say/write that again so you can read it again

People will shame wealth before they’ll question a lack of effort.

Yes, the people at the top make the most money because they put in the work. The late nights. The growth mindset and the consistency.

That’s how every profession works.

The best surgeons.
The best Engineers.
The best athletes.
The best attorneys.
The best salespeople.
The best entrepreneurs.

The people who become exceptional at what they do usually earn more.

So when someone says, “The people at the top makes the most money,” my response is…

“You’re absolutely right, that’s exactly where I worked to be”.

Online Businesses made people who work hard and grow their business “Strives”. It gives us options, freedom, ownership of our time, and a life we once only dreamed about.

I’ll never apologize for that.

And I’ll never let someone who quit, never started, or never stayed long enough convince me I chose the wrong profession.

Success isn’t something to apologize for.

It’s something to earn. 🤏🏽
