(Second) Winter Storm Notice

As we are expecting blizzard like conditions, colder temperatures and lots of snow to hit the Cape, we will temporarily be adjusting our service procedure throughout the duration of this storm.

-Police & emergency calls will be prioritized above all.
-Shop and AAA calls will be limited to light service and emergency only roadside towing.
-During the actual storm, anything that is a non emergency may be put on hold.
-Office hours during the storm may be limited, please call in advance before going to our office as it may be closed.
-Any long distance towing, or anything going off Cape will be put on hold or alternatively stored at our facility if need be until better weather.
-During the actual storm our technicians may decline to provide mobile battery installations and alternatively they will attempt to provide a jumpstart.
-If your driveway, or road is not plowed or treated, service may be declined. Your vehicle should also be clear of any snow before any service is provided.

These measures are temporary to allow us to maintain safe operations and prioritize safety. We appreciate your understanding, patience, and cooperation. Please, stay safe, stay warm, and avoid unnecessary travel during the storm.
