Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving with loved ones! 🦃

This is the time of year that we all start thinking about our "resolutions" for the new year. I've already started on mine, to cut out junk food and to become healthy. 💪🦾It's been 5 days, and I already feel more energy. I will keep you posted on my progress!

Happy Saturday and we're back! This year has been a roller coaster ride, but I'm glad it's almost over. The year started off in the hospital, and it only got worse. A couple of weeks in, I lost my uncle. Then, two months to the day later, I lost my father. 💔 I took care of my father 24/7, by myself, so I've been lost ever since. I've lost many friends as well.

Then, when you add the stress of everyday life...it's too much. Needless to say, my mental health has suffered quite a hit. I'm grateful for my family, friends, and therapists and doctors.

As a semi-retired licensed massage therapist, I will be focusing on better health, including my mental health. The older we get, the harder it is to maintain good health, so we need all the help we can get!
