Going into September above 200 is crazy. I’ve tried so hard, but not really! And don’t say it’s muscle, b/c nah. Let’s challenge each other, stay on top of our water I take, let’s move every day. Welcome to September!!! It’s crazy that I’m fighting for my life to get out of the 200s, but here we are. I was 206 in June (I was probably 204 when I was pregnant with Klaus😢) and now ecstatic for 201. Lost 1 lb last week so if I loose another pound for the next 25 weeks, I should be good 😂 keep me honest yall

Welcome to April and me back in the 190’s!!!! Grant it I’m 199.8 but my ankle has keep me from a true workout and 205 was not a good look! Between 1 gallon of water a day and pool therapy, I am on my way.!!! Yall have goals for April?

Cardio and eating right…. Are the 2 things I’m not doing. Y’all wonder why I’m in the gym everyday? B/c 200lbs is chasing me after 1 French dry. Started physical therapy today, so hopefully I can get back out there with walking, jogging and watching what/when I eat. Ugh 😩

Welp! My cuzzo challenged me to my 1st Apple Watch challenge and I didn’t win 😫 (by 85 pts) My weight didn’t go down much but I think it’s b/c of the 100 Squatober challenge from I’m getting major butt and leg muscles. you up next 🤣

It’s been 2 months since Barbados and talk about slacking 🤯 Been active with and the Upscale Portable Restroom but haven’t been to the gym or consistently walking. It’s Oct 1st and my Birthday month, so challenging myself to be active everyday 🎉 Thank you to everyone who has remained active and those who will join me in October. Keep me motivated, please!!!

Alright Framily!!! Heading to Barbados in August and this is my fit for mas/parade. has been working hard by walking 4+ miles a day, fasting on Monday and not eating until 12pm the rest of the week and lost 34 lbs 🎉🎉🎉 So I tried fasting yesterday 🥺 ended up having water, coffee and a protein shake, lost 2lbs but need to keep healthy eating on my mind. I’m back on the , Run app, Watch and app. Not gonna ask y’all to pray for me, so that I can get in this Carnival fit but please pray for me to get control of my unhealthy habits ☺️
