After one weeks work, this customers major drainage problem is history. Due to the poor install of a structure and bad grading left behind from another contractor, every time it rains the water would fill the garage. Now with 16ft of trench drain and proper grading away from the doors, it now will drain away from the building.

While I was there I added as much extra parking as the primary and secondary underground power services would allow.

Thankful for wonderful Customers and some great weather to complete this upgrade.

Talk about curb Appeal🔥‼️ This driveway was in need of a lot of attention, and after installing a new water well and line last fall for this client, we scheduled for this season to get the driveway fixed. Cut back the trees, removed the debris and topsoil berm along a portion of it. After that I ditched both sides and prepped the subgrade for 3 fresh loads of driveway material. 2 days of work that will last years to come!
