Today engine tanker with crew of 5 worked along side of most of the counties fire company’s as well as centra county and Jefferson county firehouse for a fire at the wood chipping plant in woodland.
Engine tanker 6 hauled in approximately 12000 gal today !!!! It was great to have all the companies working together and getting things done!!!

Today we ran one of the scariest calls we get for myself at least !!
Growing up on the river I’ve seen the power of it unload and learned to respect it and its potential danger. Today the house was dispatched for an over turned kayak unknown occupancy. With the aid of

We was able to retrieve the unoccupied kayak and search the banks for any possibly patient.
