Our very own Pam is spending her summer seaside and bringing a taste of Covington Cellars along for the ride!⁠

Today she’s cooking up local scallops and pairing them perfectly with our crisp, citrusy Grenache Blanc. She'll be doing this from time to time this summer - let's hope she shares the recipes! ⁠
