Dare To Begin Life Coaching As a Christian Life Coach I will help a person move from where they are to where God wants them to be. It does not deal with the past but focuses on the future.

I will help a person discover their purpose, take their dreams into reality or overcome obstacles in their path. Whether you are working on personal life development (health, finances, purpose, dreams), professional development (goal setting and priorities, time management, stress management, career development) or spiritual development (spiritual gifts, discipleship, mentoring) I will work alongside you as your partner to achieve your desired results.

Reading a book I downloaded for free on my Kindle: "The Organized Kitchen" by Brette Sember. I don't agree with all the philosophies he writes about, however, I have found several good tips.

One I am using today and would like to share with you: Set a timer for 5 min and pick a specific room. Go around picking up, cleaning and/or organizing for only 5 min. If you do this every day in every room it makes the days you do deep cleaning much easier and quicker.

Added Benie = I did 3 rooms in 20 min and wow what a workout. By the time I was done I was hot, heart rate was up and I had a good sweat going! Try it and let me know what you think!

This verse reminds me that by praying continually I will always have his joy and peace no matter the situation.

Jules had a thought this morning: God promises to provide food and clothing for us in the Bible. He promises to take care of our needs. When life becomes a little bumpy and we ask for better does He wait till we appreciate what He has already provided for us? Interested to hear your thoughts!
