As an Office Administrator with our company, you will need to answer incoming calls and emails in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. We require someone with proficient phone and email composition skills in addition to excellent customer service. The position demands someone with outstanding phone and computer skills who is able to learn quickly, work independently, and have fast typing skills and the ability to be neat and organized. Day to day you will be asked to:
* Take and process incoming orders
* Gather information from potential Customers on their copier needs
* Provide information to customers on Copiers that we offer
* Handle accounts receivable & invoicing
* Prepare & manage service calls for our techs
* Reply to incoming emails
* Package, ship and receive orders as they come in
* Handle basic service requests via phone
* Provide phone Support / Troubleshooting common printer / copier issues
The successful applicant will fit the following requirements:
A High School Diploma or equivalent
Skill and comfort operating Windows-based applications
Excellent customer service
Viable means of transportation
Full time - M-F 9:00am to 5:00pm.
