We are doing some maintenance to one of our main towers. Internet will go up and down for a bit but once we’re done the issues you have been experiencing should be better.

We are shorthanded today. The office is closed for a bit of time as it was an emergency out in the field. If you need anything, please reach us by messenger or someone will return your call as soon as we can.

⚠️ SERVICE UPDATE – REDLAND / MOON / PLEASANT HILL / PHILADELPHIA / GOODWATER & SURROUNDING AREAS

We want to provide an update to customers currently without internet service in these areas.

The main feeder tower located in Redland took a direct lightning strike during the storm. Initially, it appeared the outage was due to a loss of power. Unfortunately, after power was restored and we were able to fully test the site, we discovered significant damage to equipment both at the base and at the top of the tower.

Our team has been working on this since the outage occurred. The equipment at the base of the tower has already been prepared and is ready to go. However, the strike also damaged 12 radios and associated equipment at the top of the tower, which must be replaced before service can be restored.

We will be working throughout the night to program, configure, and test all replacement equipment. Our goal is to have everything ready so that at first light tomorrow morning, our tower crew can immediately begin climbing and replacing the damaged equipment.

If everything goes as planned and we do not discover additional damage, we hope to begin restoring service within a few hours of starting the tower work tomorrow morning.

We know how important your internet connection is and understand how frustrating it is to be without service. Please know that restoring service has our full attention. While tower work cannot safely be performed after dark, we are using every hour tonight to prepare everything possible.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued business. We truly appreciate our customers and will provide additional updates as restoration work progresses tomorrow.
