10x the speed on this one didn’t cut it so I upped it to 25x the speed 😅 These sprinkle cakes are so pretty, so time consuming and SO messy. Two pearl cakes in a row made for lots of sprinkles on the floor.

💛💛💛SOO many people told me last time to just whip my butter really well to take out the yellow tint, while it does help some I’d honestly prefer still using a single drop of purple to get my White White buttercream. 🤍🤍🤍 Think purple shampoo, but for buttercream.

Is anyone else like this? I blame it on my mom 😅 She always took the white part out of eggs growing up and now I can’t stand the thought of it not mixing in and being left in my cookies and cakes.
