I am a husband, a father, and an active member of the community. My father, grandfather, and great grandfather were all Electricians. I started doing electrical at the age of 16, I would help my dad on LDS churches in the summer time. For those of you familiar with the Idaho Falls area I worked on the Iona church, and the church on 17th street in Ammon. I have always had great passion for the trade, and I have inspired to continue learning new things as I move forward with my career.

At Hale Electric, we take pride in doing things the right way, not just the fast way!
Our team, both in the office and out in the field, works extremely hard to get every installation completed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We have been incredibly blessed with a tremendous number of installations this year! With that comes a very busy schedule, and our team is doing everything we can to keep up with the demand. We are working hard every single day to get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience.
We also want our customers to understand that there are several steps in the installation process that are outside of our control.
✅ Permits & Approvals: Every installation we complete is properly permitted through the appropriate state, county, or city authorities. Depending on the project, these approvals can take several weeks or even a couple of months.
✅ Utility Company Approval: We also have to coordinate with your power company, submit the necessary paperwork, complete inspections, and wait for final approval before your system can officially be turned on.
✅ We Handle Everything for You! Our office team handles the permitting, paperwork, utility coordination, and communication. There is a lot of work happening behind the scenes that most customers never see!
☀️ FOR OUR SOLAR CUSTOMERS: Please understand that even after your panels and equipment are physically installed, it can take approximately 2–3 months before your system is fully approved and operational. Much of that timeline depends on inspections, permitting, and utility company approval.
We know everyone is excited to get their systems up and running, and believe us, we want that just as much as you do!
We are a growing local company with a hardworking team, and we are doing our absolute best to keep up with the amount of work coming our way. We will never sacrifice quality, safety, or proper permitting just to rush through an installation.
We do things by the book because we believe in doing things right the first time.

No solar experience is necessary—we’ll teach you what you need to know. We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Is comfortable working on roofs
✅ Can safely handle and help install solar panels
✅ Knows how to use a tape measure
✅ Can safely set up and use ladders
✅ Has a strong work ethic and shows up ready to work
✅ Takes safety seriously
✅ Is willing to learn and work as part of a team
This is a hands-on job working outside and on roofs, so being comfortable with heights and physical work is a must.

We recently installed an off-grid power system for a customer out in beautiful Tetonia, Idaho! This system includes solar, battery storage, additional outlets, and a generator for backup when needed.
One of the coolest features is the manually adjustable seasonal-tilt solar array. The panels can be adjusted throughout the year to maximize sun exposure. And when winter hits, we can increase the angle to help slide snow right off the panels. ❄️☀️

It’s been a crazy week! Sometimes we get so caught up in everything going on that we forget to stop and look at how far we’ve come.
