Neurodiversity in Music Lessons: Let’s Make It Work! 🎹✨
I’m no expert on autism or ADHD, but I am ready for students who:

✅ Take things very literally
✅ Hyper-focus on one thing—or ten things at once
✅ Create music rituals
✅ Avoid anything that looks like a responsibility
✅ Outsmart assignments
✅ Get overwhelmed by instruction
✅ Do unnecessary math and counting
✅ Give long monologues (just remember—my time is paid; someone else might listen for free 😆)
✅ Take extended bathroom breaks with parental backup (again… paid appointment!)
✅ Play Megalovania on repeat
✅ Try to use my phone

This is a two-way street—I have my own quirks too! We’ll figure it out and make music in a way that works for you. 🎶💡

Classical Music: You Gotta Earn It 🎻🎹

At PianoHub, we don’t jump straight into Beethoven and Mozart—you have to prove your musicianship first. That means learning to play by ear, improvise, and write out notes in standard notation. But don’t worry, we teach all of that through popular music!

Think of it this way—Beethoven and Mozart have already waited centuries for you to play their music. They won’t mind if you learn a few Top 40 hits first. 😆🎶
